MusicEDU Privacy Policy
MusicEDU is committed to protecting your privacy. MusicEDU uses your Personal Data to maximise the services that it provides. MusicEDU respects the privacy of the Personal Data provided by you and adheres to applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. CONSENT TO MUSICEDU’S PRIVACY POLICY
By submitting Personal Data, which includes registering a product, an individual agrees with the terms of MusicEDU’s current Privacy Policy. STORAGE AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data stored in MusicEDU’s system is protected by electronic and procedural safeguards. We take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data (and other content) from accidental loss and theft by storing it in secure data centres. Communication between users and our servers is encrypted via industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL).

In relation to website security, the website is protected with a SSL Certificate. In case of a Security incident or any other breach of security safeguards, such as unauthorised disclosure of Personal Data under MusicEDU’s control, MusicEDU will respond in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws.

RETENTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
MusicEDU will retain your Personal Data for as long as it needs to provide you with its services.

MusicEDU takes steps to regularly destroy Personal Data, however it may:

a) in some cases, retain a copy of your Personal Data to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and to comply with our trust and safety obligations. All teacher and student data gathered for the purposes of using The MusicEDU Suite, are held on a server located in Victoria, Australia.
